Customer is alerted to the Executive Closing Agent’s location via the app’s geolocation. They can elect to receive alerts hours to days before their closing date.
Executive Closing Agents assigned to closings are commissioned, experienced, background checked, bonded and insured.
Real time driving directions, notifications and communication between all real estate parties are provided through the app.
Closing details including closing type, date, time and assigned agent can be viewed through the app.
Training and support is provided as we’ll explain how to use the app, provide optional navigation and help support to ensure you have a smooth closing.
